Refund Policy for personalised items 

overview

we want you to love your purchase! however, because ouritems are custom-made and personalised to your specifications, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on most personalised products unless they arrive damaged, defective or incorrect.

please review your order carefully before confirming, including spellings, sizes, colours and design choices.

non-refundable items

due to the nature of personalised production, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

* items with custom names, dates, or messages

*made to order clothing (e.g. printed T-shirts, pjs)

*personalised drinkware ( e.g. bottles)

*seasonal décor (e.g. Christmas ornaments, Santa sacks, xmas eve boxes)

refunds & placements 

we will gladly offer a refund or replacement if:

* the item is damaged

or defective upon arrival

* there is a production error (e.g. incorrect name, design, or colour not matching your order

to be eligible, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with

*your order number 

*a brief description of the issue

*clear photos showing the defect or error

once reviewed, well notify you of the approval and next steps (refund, replacement, or store credit)

CANCELLATIONS

if you need to cancel your order, please do so within 12 hours of placing it.

after production begins, we cannot make changes or issue a refund.

SHIPPING ISSUES

we are not responsible for:

*incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

*delays caused by postal services or customs

if your order is lost in transit, well do our best to help track it and may offer a replacement at our discretion.
